Description:
This is the 3rd in a series of ATC's featuring different countries. I was hoping to make this swap monthly, but it looks like it will be every 6-8 weeks instead. If you have a country you'd like to see featured, and would like to host, please send me a PM. Special thanks to Cerwinrhiannon for hosting last month's swap. You will have one partner who you will send two ATC's to. One ATC MUST feature France. The other ATC will be whatever you chose- it could also be about France, or it could be about something completely unrelated. This swap is international. To participate, you must have been rated on at least 3 different mail swaps, and have no unexplained no-sends. The photo used is of The castle of Carcassonne, located in southern France.
