Does this just mean a zine for the month of March? I'm not quite sure what a "March" themed zine would entail, other than St. Patty's Day...

Yes a march themed zine. It could be anything to do with March. Different areas celebrate different things in March.

Different areas? You have this set as a regional US swap. I don't care much about St. Patrick's Day and March doesn't really do much for me. Cool idea, though.
