Write Back PCs: Keep 4 Send 4 Exchange

Do you have postcards that you love and have been hanging on to but wish they'd have the postal experience? I have cards that I simply cannot part with but they make me a little sad with their lack of writing and postage. I'm hoping this gives us the opportunity to give some life to these cards...

Sender's Choice: For this swap you will be sending both of your partners an envelope containing 4 blank postcards and 4 self-addressed and STAMPED postcards that you want returned to you (make sure you use adequate postage, especially on maxi or specialty shaped cards). This is a good opportunity to use those special postage stamps you've been hoarding too. To clarify, you will be sending out 8 blank postcards and 8 self-addressed stamped postcards divided by 2 partners. The blank postcards must be store bought, the cards being returned to you may be whatever you choose, but you must put enough postage on them, your partners are not responsible for postcards that have postage due.

Re-sender's choice: You may return the postcards with whatever message you like, but remember that these are postcards that your partners have been hanging on to and would like you to put a little thought into them, maybe a couple of facts about where you live, a really thought provoking quote, a cute sketch... It's up to you to make it special.

Deadline: This swap runs for the month of February, but PLEASE DO NOT MARK SENT UNTIL YOU MAIL BACK THE SELF-ADDRESSED POSTCARDS YOU RECIEVE! Your envelopes must be mailed by February 6th in order for them to travel to your partners and for them to have time to return them to you. When you mail off your two envelopes of postcards, put a comment below with the usernames of who they are going to. The deadline to return the postcards you receive is February 28th. Please try to return them as soon as possible. When you've mailed back both partners postcards, then you will mark Sent for this swap. AGAIN, YOU MUST MAIL THIS SWAP BY FEBRUARY 6TH AND DO NOT MARK SENT UNTIL YOU MAIL THE CARDS BACK.

Rating: Since you can only rate the partners you initially received envelopes from and not the partners you've sent to (depending on who you're partnered with), when you receive your self-addressed postcards back go to that user's profile and leave a comment letting them know you've received them and how you like what they've shared with you.

Requirements: As this swap involves a LOT of trust and the ability to follow special directions and deadlines, only established swappers with a solid 5.0 and 25 Type 3 swaps will be allowed to participate. If you happen to see a user whom you know to have difficulty sending swaps on time, has multiple profiles, etc. please send me a PM. And may the swap gods have mercy on your soul if this is the first swap you choose to flake on. JK. Sort of.

Breakdown: -2 partners, 1 envelope each mailed by February 6th

-Each envelope contains 4 sender's choice blank store bought postcards and 4 self-addressed postcards with correct postage

-Comment below with the usernames who you have mailed your cards to, THIS MUST BE DONE BY FEBRUARY 6TH

-Rate your partners when you receive envelopes containing 4 blank postcards and 4 stamped postcards

-Keep the 8 blank cards and write a message or decorate the 8 stamped postcards you recieve

-Mail cards to their original owners and mark this swap as Sent

-Comment on the profiles of the users who returned your postcards to let them know they were received
