Thought this would be fun for the journal junkies. It's easy. Just create a journal signature measuring 6x9 inches. It must be 6 x 9 so that the rec'd signatures will fit into that specific size journal. Be creative(don't just fill a page with sickers)ðŸ˜‰ your pages should include 1 of each: paint/ink, collage pieces, stamping or pen work and a place on each page for someone to journal. Each signature should have 3 pieces of paper which will end up being 12 workable pages once assembled. The signatures must be either stitched or stapled together. This swap is to help decompress from the holidays. I'm hoping to get 4 partners for everyone. You will be amazed how beautiful the different signatures will look together. Hope you join the fun.

So the individual pieces of paper are folded to 6" x 9" - so they start out as 6" x 18"? Or 12" x 9"? Just want to do it correctly...

My cover should be 6.5" x 9.5" plus the spine.

I have 9x12 paper and I'm hoping that's what this means... !! Should be interesting!!

The proper size to create a signature page is 6x18 and fold in half. This will result in 6x9 pages. Each folded page will give you 4 individual work pages. 3 folded pages per signature will give you 12 workable page all together. Hope this helps. K

One last thing be sure to fold the signature so it is secured on the 9" fold.

Sorry folks, the fold will be secured on the 6" side not the 9 inch side. The measurement would have had to be 9x12. So just to clarify your signatures will be 6" tall by 9" wide. Secured on the 6" side. Meaning the signature will be wider than taller. Karen Lane you don't have to invest in paper. Just glue some together to create the length.. I hope this info helps everyone.
