Research (and send information) about a Winter Snow Bird as a Spirit Guide to your assigned partner. You will have one month to research and evaluate your findings.

4. Physical description of Winter Coloring

5. Strengths that serve as a Spiritual Focus

6. Food preferences

For instance, the Bohemian Waxwing breeds in northwestern Canada, occasionally can be seen into the northern U.S., mostly in the west. Named after gypsies, Bohemian Waxwings roam large distances in Winter to search for berries, other fruit, and insects. Bohemians have red and yellow wingtips, a dark black chin, rust-colored feathers under the tail, and a more greyish coloration.

With this simple information, we learn that this bird is named after Gypsies whom we believe are travelers, and are justly famed for psychic powers as well as the ability to curse or bring good luck to those that cross their path. We look to the power of berries or other fruit in recipes for pies, scones, etc. (I would skip eating insects, but some folks do). Then there is a lot of information on colors. Each would have a message to your assigned partner. You can create a full page of information on this Spirit Guide, tuck it in an envelope and off it goes. No need to do a craft or send extras unless you find something you really want to share.

You interpret your findings and there is no right/wrong way to do this. If your partner wants to find out more, you have given them a good foundation.
