9LP ~ Great Women

March is National Women's History Month! So, let's celebrate ourselves!

Each pocket is to feature a great woman in history. She does not need to be famous in order to be great. The front of each pocket should have: (1) a photo or other pictorial representation of the woman, if available, (2) the woman's name, and (3) a quote from the woman or about her, and/or a statement about her and something she has accomplished. The back of each pocket should list a few things of interest about the woman.

One (1) of the nine (9) pockets is to feature YOU! This is in recognition that we are all great in many ways of our own. Young or old or somewhen in between, we each have accomplishments that we can recognize - be they large or small. Sometimes, just getting up each day and carrying on with our lives is challenge enough and needs to be acknowledged. So please don't let this one pocket keep you from joining this swap!
