I wanted to create a letter swap that allows one to express their own self love. Self love is not narcissistic or vain. It is the core of our own soul. It allows us to love others and the world.

For this swap, write to your partner about you! What traits and values do you love about yourself? What are you really good at? What makes you proud? What makes you feel good? What kinds of things do you do to make yourself get through the hard times?

Whatever self love means to you, write about it. It's not often we are asked about how we love ourselves, we may never even ask ourselves!
