I don't think @tonyam83 is an active user. I did sent my letter to her, but I don't think I'll ever receive an answer, let alone a rating.

I am not sure who was supposed to receive a letter from her, but in case she flaked I would offer to angel her letter.

Mine was never sent to me at all and I even sent her a message too, but no reply back what so ever. I do feel a little upset/hurt over this matter.
