I admit it -- I love my crock pot! I'm always on the hunt for new recipes for it. I'm amazed at how many different things you can make. It's also perfect for someone with a busy schedule (like me!). This swap is a 3 for 3 recipe exchange. You will send 3 recipes to 3 different people and receive 3 recipes from 3 different people back. Say that fast 10 times. ;-) They will be your favorite recipes you make in a crock pot. These recipes can be computer generated, or hand written. You may enclose a short note, or not ... it's up to you. Newbies are welcome, just please fill in your bio, or I won't be able to let you join. Ya gotta start somewhere. ;-) Also, people with a rating of under 4.5, please don't sign up. Thanks!

HI! If possible I would appreciate recipes that are either vegetarian, or with poultry or fish. We do not eat red meat at home. However, I have red meat eating friends and I can always pass on a meat recipe to them as needed. Just a request...

Well, I guess that I'm number 3. I too am a vegetarian...wow it seems we really love our crock pots! I would love for the recipe to be vegetarian as well. Or possibly a dessert! But it doesn't make that much of a difference as I have family members that eat meat that I could pass the recipe on to. Thanks a ton!
