One partner for one atc. Use a rubber stamp for this one. A few nice stickers won't hurt a bit. Make it nice or spooky! 4.9 rating and no 1's or 3's. This is a steampunk atc and it can be made with a rubber stamp, nice looking steampunk cutouts or the great looking stickers.
