WIYM: Happy Tape Snail Mail #2

This is a swap for those of us who love decorative tape, letter writing, envelope decorating, and making our partners smile with happy, colorful snail mail!

By decorative tape, it can be washi tape, paper tape, deco tape, or fabric tape - - any kind of tape tape goes in this swap, with one small exception - no duct tape.

You will have one partner and you will:

• Write a letter on stationery decorated with tape. Please use several strips (the more the merrier), in any design you choose. Tell about your day - what have you been up to lately (doing any crafts, going places? etc.)

• Decorate the front of your mailing envelope with tape too - the more the merrier; decorating the back is optional.

• Include at least 5 different tape samples for your partner (in a minimum length of 15 inches/38.1 cm). Wrap your tape samples around playing cards, card stock/postcard covered with packing tape, or another shiny surface that your tape can be easily removed from.

• I've included a web link to a washi tape letter sample below. It will give you an idea of decorating stationery with tape. Feel free to use any design you choose for your own letter. Make it colorful & fun! :)

Minimum joining requirements: You must have completed ten Type 2 or 3 swaps and have been favorably rated for all of them. Flaking will not be tolerated in this group.
