Description: | |
I have hosted some Round Robin Journal swaps, that are only open to "experienced" swappers (with excellent ratings), and I've been contacted by many newbies, asking if they can join. I told them to find a quick turnaround swap and get some excellent ratings, then they would be most welcome. Well...there just aren't that many "quickies" that are open to newbies, and well...I remember when I was one myself. Soooo... This is for YOU...if you are brand new, or have not yet found a quick swap to get some quick ratings. This is an international swap, open to EVERYONE -even experienced swappers -adding a couple "5" ratings would be good for anyone! Swap Details: you will have TWO partners (that means you will get two ratings!)
(That's eight notecards, total, which is usually one packet of notecards from the store.) This is a FAST swap (one week from signup to mailing) -so get your notecards right away, and get them into a mailing envie, even weigh it, so it's all ready to mail. (Remember...this is an international swap, so the postage might be different.) Swap partners will be assigned after the signup deadline, so all you'll have to do, is write the address on the envie, attach the postage, and put it in the mail. As soon as you receive your items, be sure to RATE your partner right away - any newbies in the swap, will be eager to get a number behind their name! How do I earn a heart? Good question - a heart means that you've some "above and beyond" the swap requirements - it could mean sending along some stickers, or maybe sending five or even six cards, or writing a nice little note about yourself....Hearts are not really "earned" -- it is always up to the recipient, to decide... IMPORTANT - always (in ALL your swaps!) include your own name, as well as your "swap name" - many of us use nicknames, and it's nice to know who sent a swap! also include they're you mailed the swap. Do not depend on the postal service to get it sent off on the same day, and the new perhaps risk a lower rating, because the only way your partner can find out, is to check the postmark. most of all, Have FUN with this, and Good Luck! Happy Swapping! ( I hope to see some of you in my RR Journal swaps - - coming SOON!) |
