Journal Swap of a Different Kind

This is a different type of swap. You will be required to mail a journal TWO times. Please make sure you can commit to the postage before you sign up. This group is international. Something to keep in mind.

First, you will obtain a journal, then you will pick a theme and decorate the cover (optional... if you do decorate the cover, make sure it will travel through the mail without falling apart) Do a few pages of art in the journal. After that, you will mail your journal to your partner NAKED. No envelope, no packaging, just an address and postage. Please make sure the pages are secured somehow before you mail it. Washi tape seems to work well.

When you receive your partner's journal, you will decorate a few pages and MAIL IT BACK to the owner. NAKED. After the owner of the journal receives it back, THEN you will be rated. (You rate your partner when you get your own journal back).

Just a note... the whole purpose of naked mail art is to enjoy the postage, so please use stamps instead of having it metered at the post office! The more varied the stamps, the better!

So.... one journal sent naked through the mail to your partner. Decorate the one she sends you, then send it back. Rate when you receive your own journal back.

I do want to ask that you notify your partner when you receive their journal. Also, notify when you mail it back. (Please try not to keep it for more than a week before you send it back.)
