Description:
For the background of this ATC, you will lay down one stencil & apply paint over the stencil with a sponge or brush. Remove the stencil & let the paint dry You can add another color as I did with my sample. Now finish the ATC anyway you would like making sure some of your background shows. Add this to a sturdy background.
