Description:

Let's welcome the Year 2015 with more washi tape samples! (^o^ )/

For this swap, you'll be sending 12 samples of 20 inches to 1 partner, 1 sample for each month! :D

The themes and designs are up to you so long as you think it represents that month for you. The samples DO NOT have to be specifically the holidays or season for that month. They can be any designs which you think that goes with that month, but no solid-colour-only samples. You can send solid colours as extras if you wish to, but the 12 main samples must have some patterns.

For example:

JAN = gold dots for New Year or alphabets (cos' my kids' starting new term in Jan), FEB = hearts for Valentine's Day or oriental designs for Chinese New Year festival... JUN = may be summer or winter patterns depending on where you are, JUL = ocean or travel (if you're planning a road trip) ... NOV = autumn motifs or thankful for something, DEC = snowflakes or holidays' patterns!

Here's the Holidays & observances around the world to get some ideas ;)

  • Send at least 20 inches for each sample, wrapped around good playing cards or smooth surface which doesn't rip the samples when your partners want to use it.

  • Athough this is basically sender's choice, please don't send themes that your partner has specifically stated they dislike/ are offended by.

For example, please avoid sending JUL = Mickey Mouse building sandcastles (when they wrote that they don't like Disney stuff) or FEB = pink (if they said clearly they don't want this colour).

  • Other than this swap's name and your username, also write down for each month (Jan to Dec) what the samples represent, in case it's not obvious why you've chosen that design to go with that month.

Info for the sender: This swap is sender’s choice, but then again, do check profiles to see what style your partner totally dislike or does not want to receive. Please send nothing dirty or unusable. So just to confirm again, washi tapes can be easily torn by hand, should be easily removable/repositionable, and not plastic deco tapes.

Info for the receiver: This is an international swap so do give some time for the mail to arrive. As long as your partner completed this swap following the requirements and mail promptly, please rate a 5 regardless of whether or not you like the designs received. Hearts are given at your discretion if you feel that some thoughts or care has been put in the swap you received :)

The ratings for swappers joining is at least 4.98 with no recent 3s or 1s in the last 8 months, but I may remove anyone if I feel 'uneasy' since I'm still a newbie when it comes to hosting swaps :D. Lastly, I'll angel when you have to rate your partner a ' 1 ' for flaking.

Thanks for checking out this swap! (^-^ )/

Partners have been assigned! The date for the swap to be sent by should be fine for all since it's after 25th. Happy Holidays to everyone! :D
