hat is an APC? Altered Playing Card.... 1.Using a POKER sized playing card, sand the glossy finish off the card leaving one corner with the suit and number of the card. 2. Decorate your card using paints, markers, collage.....whatever medium you want. 3. Cards must be ATC sized (2 1/2" X 3 1/2"). Poker cards are the correct size. Other cards may not be wide enough. If in doubt, measure it!
