However you choose to celebrate the upcoming holiday season, please share that with your partner. Coming up is a great time to be joyful and celebrate. Sharing your talents is another way to spread good cheer.

  • 1 partner ... 1 ATC (2.5" x 3.5"). Please make sure all cards are on sturdy paper. Do your best work; something you would be proud to keep and show-off.

  • Hand-drawn or hand-painted only (since that's the name of the group). There are lots of paint mediums allowed, including alcohol inks, so use what you're comfortable using.

  • The following MUST be on the back of all cards: your name; your Swap-bot user name; the name of the swap. Optional info may be included -- place of origin; alternate contact; title of artwork.

  • Please rate your partner according to Swap-bot guidelines. Minimum rating to participate is 4.95.

If you have any questions or concerns, please leave comments below or contact me personally. Thanks for playing and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

A Note: If we are sharing how we celebrate our holiday season, and we choose to celebrate it religiously, why would it offend our partner?

I love this group, I love sharing my faith with everyone and do not choose to shove it down someones throat, but I do not like being stifled from expressing my faith in a season that was specifically created for our Faith. Christmas is just that ... a celebration for the birth of our Savior. CHRISTmas...

The world has chose to give gifts and make this holiday include a whole season of wonders...

I would love to have an ATC from a Jewish partner showing their celebration of Hanukkah, or a Muslim of their Ramadan celebration and I can't leave out the beauty of Kwanzaa....

I won't be joining this swap, because I do not want to offend, but I did want to leave a comment.

In this world filled with violence and wars... can't we just stop looking at out religious differences and allow each to have an ability to share and celebrate our differences?

Merry Christmas, to fellow believers, Happy Holidays to those who choose to celebrate anything other than Christmas... but still love to hear a happy wish .....

I have to say I agree with @Songcrafter1 even though I'm not particularly religious at this time in my life. Like she said, the statement "However you choose to celebrate the upcoming holiday season" is at odds with "Let's not have any obvious religious themes." It feels a bit like saying "make an ATC for 4th of July but don't use patriotic themes because some people might not like them." What would be the point? Perhaps a better approach is "since this is a religious holiday for many people, if you would be offended by a religious theme then do not join."

Maybe this would be better in inchie form, then everyone can do their own plus others holidays. Lol

@ladydy5 ..I don't do inchies, and since the coordinator is the first player...not gonna happen with me :)

If you'd like to host a swap with inchies, well, you go for it!
