Everyone welcome! For this swap you will customise one of your beloved Barbies - Or if you have grown-up already you can pick one up from your local charity shop for mere pence. I got an awesome Barbie with a bob AND a fringe for Â£1 recently!! (on a side note...remember the days of cutting pretty Barbie's hair with plans of a slick crop and it looking more Edward Scissor Hands than Vicky Beckham?) I digress... Swap Requirements: Glytter Kytten-arize a Barbie to look as chic as chic can be! This will be senders choice as far as design goes. Alter/make clothes, jewellery, hair, make-up, accessories etc and make her shine! If you model anything on a certain designer or icon then maybe tell your partner about this and the look you were going for. Quite a long date on this so plenty of time for playing around :-) I know some kyttens have tried thier hand at this before but for the most part we are doll-glamming virgins, So everyone should feel confident enough to give it a bash! All I ask is that you dont leave this one until the last minute and that you send something you would love to recieve yourself.

Oh yeeeeah! dances This looks completely fun! I have a worry that I'll have to buy about five dolls though in case they go wrong! XD Fun though, most definately.

I keep visiting my local charity shops but the only one I found had her feet chewed off, and a less that stylish haircut! Oh dear...

By the way, if anyone wants to alter me a guy Barbie, that'd be extra specially fab. :D

Mutiny - I have had trouble finding on - I may have to use my beloved be-fringed one. If i can find one i will try to pick one up for you also, as you are in the UK :-) I'll pop into town tomorrow lunchtime!

Oh! You angel! I think I may just purchase a new doll (at least she won't have mangled feet like the one I found ^^), and I don't think they're very expensive anyway. :D

i bought (a new) one for $3.. apparently that gets you a barbie with no knees though haha. oh well. who needs knees anyway?!
