This swap is for 1 partner for 1 ATC.

The theme is a Patch, I found a stash of girl scout, heart, boy scout, and misc patches and the little ones would be perfect to add dimension and texture to an ATC. You will need to find at least one patch that will fit on your ATC and design a theme around it.
To clarify: The ATC is not the patch you are using patch on your ATC.

Sounds like she means you are not making your ATC to look like a patch but rather using a patch as part of the design on your atc. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I interpret it.
