Description:
For August, the colors will be black & white. Go to your local 99 cents store, aisle, dollar tree, bin, etc and find two different items that have both black and white colors in it or on it. Sender's choice. Nothing broken, torn, stained. If the items are edible, cosmetic or hygienic, they must be new and sealed in their original package. Total amount spent (not including postage) should be $4.00 or less.
