Hello! For this Swap i would like you to create a handmade ATC that's of your choice of one of your favorite symbols or logos (non religious). On the back just let your partner know why this is your favorite could be something simple as you like the design or you like this brand of this item. make something you would like to receive be proud of your work. Also when partners are assigned just take a peek at their profile to just check to see if your favorite will offend or they might not like the symbol message them or me i am sure we can figure something out. Any questions or comments just message me RULES 1) PLEASE NO RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS (due to people's different beliefs i would not want anyone to accidentally offend someone with a religious symbol) 2) No sticker slapping 3) Standard ATC rules apply Thought it would be fun to use the swap-bot image!

Hi, I'm new to Swap-Bot and don't know what an ATC is other than Artist Trading Card?!? I'd like to sign up for this swap but don't know what the ATC side of things is about?

An ATC is indeed an Artist Trading Card. Only real requirements to it is that it is the standrad size (2.5" by 3.5"), that it's sturdy so it won't bend easily and that you put effort into it :)

Now when you say "so it won't bend easily"- would card stock be ok? Or do we need something sturdier?

Cardstock, chipboard and generally any kind of thick-ish material is fine. Some people like to put in a bigger piece of sturdy material in the envelope so the ATC won't bend at all, but that's all up to your preferences, really :)

I think that the sender's choice of a favorite symbol or logo is a very personal decision. Some people like to use their own initials, others like to use the name of their organization, and still others like to use an animal or object.
