For this swap you will make your partner one ATC using red, white and blue. Can be patriotic or if not please pick some kind of theme and embellish accordingly...not just stickers. Send something you would like to receive. Standard ATC rules will apply. No flakers please....ask if you have any questions. Keep in mind postage has gone up and thick embellishments will need 21 cents extra for non-machinable.
