Like Cleaning Accountability but no photos required. Describe three trouble areas that require attention: the condition they are in now, some thoughts on how/when/why they achieved such an embarrassing state, what you plan to do about them and before sending describe the area that has seen the most improvement in its improved state and how you plan to keep it that way. It doesn't have to be an essay just enough words to feel accountable and accomplished.
