$2.00 Washi Tape Fun #2

This swap was so much fun, and so since I'm a bit fond of washi tape (LOL - I know I'm not alone), I thought we needed a Round 2. Plus, I think I like swapping it as much as I like buying it and using it!!

For the cost of just four 49 cent first class stamps, we will send 4 people, 8 different 12 inch samples of washi tape. I think it is fun to receive tape from multiple people, to see what kinds of tape people collect.

This is the kind you can easily rip with your fingers, NOT the shiny deco tape that needs to be cut with scissors. It is also NOT for the cheaper tapes you sometimes find at the dollar stores. They call them washi tape, but they are more papery than washi, which tends to be more pliable). I have nothing against the paper tapes and use them myself, but I’ve found that they don’t make for good samples because they don’t remove easily when wrapped upon themselves, so please do not include them in this swap).

Please make sure your tape is wrapped around something with a plastic coated or shiny surface so it can easily be removed.

Playing cards work really well and you can usually fit 4 standard width samples (more or less depending on the width of your tape) on a card. To keep them from bunching up in your envelopes, tape them together, side by side.

Please include your name and swap-bot ID, and please also decorate your mailing envelopes with tape – on the front where we can see it!!
