2 eggplant recipes in the snail mail MEGA swap

Find 2 recipes that use Eggplant. Make copies or hand write them on cards, or print them off the internet. It is your choice.

You will have 5 partners, and you will send these 2 recipes to each partner. Of course the 2 recipes can be the same.

This is a USA only swap, but an electronic recipe swap would be great for international.

If we get less than the needed 6 players you will get less partners.

Rate a 5 if you get 2 recipes. Please understand that this swap may not meet all participants dietary needs or likes.

I already have my 2 recipes chosen. Eggplant Caviar and Ratatouille. I made both and they were YUM so tried and true.

You may leave in the comment the recipes you plan to send, as I listed my 2 recipes, but it is not required. Also listing say Eggplant parmesan does not mean others cant send an eggplant Parmesan recipe as there are so many good recipes out there.
