Are you trying to lose weight but want someone to be accountable to? Or do you want a fun way to keep track of all your efforts and share them with someone and get both cheers and empathy for your trials and tribulations? We all know that losing weight is not easy. I myself have over 120 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight which is not even my ideal weight. Some of you may have twenty pounds to lose and that may seem like a mountain. Whatever you have to lose, this swap may be for you. I propose a weight loss journal where we record our journey to a healthier us. Some ideas include keeping a food diary portion in the journal. Keep track of your exercise. Just talk about your day on a daily basis and what worked and what didn't. Talk about your journey up to this point and how you want to get to where you want to be. You can keep track of measurements. You can include a pocket with helpful quotes or recipes that you like. Make this journal a tool for you to track your everyday progress for the next two months and then share it with someone else who shares your challenges. The biggest thing is to make it about you , and make it work for you. The details: Must have 30 entries minimum. Can be in any size journal or notebook but make sure it's a book your going to enjoy writing in. This is perfect getting ready for spring. Must have a 4.98 rating or above. No newbies.A minimum of 15 rated type 3 swaps. no recent ones or threes without letting me know what's going on.
