PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR SWAP PACKAGE! I want to be sure no one gets left out! I started carving my own soft block stamps not long ago, and have noticed how much more special a stamped design becomes when I have created it myself. This is my first swap on Swap-Bot, so I am going to limit this one to the US only. Internationals, feel free to start your own version! This is a beginner-friendly swap for carved eraser stamps (you impressive experienced folks are welcome as well, of course). You can carve regular pink erasers or novelty erasers into your own designs for your partners. (If you use other carving materials, that is fine as well, just don't expect everyone to use them.) The designs do not need to be complex, but put effort into your creations. Send your partners something you would be happy to receive. You can use non-copyrighted images like those available in Dover books for inspiration, but please don't infringe on another's copyright. Each of your two partners should receive the following:
Please join only if you have completed at least 2 rated swaps and have a 4.7 rating or higher, and no no-sends in the past six months. Please be sure to rate your partners after receiving their package. Extras or especially cool stamps deserve a heart. If you need advice on techniques, do an online search using the keywords "eraser carving" or "soft block carving." |
