Are you trying to lose weight/or trying to get into shape? Maybe you are just thinking about it? maybe you have already started?

  • Send 1 penpal a letter about your fitness/weight loss progress. The letter should be a least 1 page.

  • In the letter you should include your age, height and weight. Feel free to write how much you have already lost or want to lose.

  • Things you could include in the letter:

-What was positive/negative in this month

-A recipe you tried out and want to share

-New workout you tried

-Things you have overcome

-Pictures of your food/of new workout clothing etc

-Your favorite snack

-Your favorite weight loss/workout tool
