I'd love to join this, but I am new to SB and unsure if I will be rated in time (I will have completed 9 swaps by the time this opens). Are you allowing newbies will well-filled out profiles? I wasn't sure since in the overview it didn't mention the rating.

Eek! I just realized: Stamps that I thought were forever stamps, are 33 cent stamps! If anyone I sent to gets dinged for postage, please let me know and I'll get it back to you! so embarassed
