Description:

I love art journaling. It is a great way to end my day.

Okay so here is my idea. Grab a small blank book. Can be no bigger than 5x7, but could be smaller since this is an international swap. Make sure that you have enough pages in the book for 31 day and a page for a note to your partner. The book can be store bought or handmade it just has to be sturdy.

Ok so onto the daily to do:

1) draw what's on a table

2) draw a pet

3) draw what inspires you

4) draw a place of rest

5) illustrate your favorite quote

6) draw a piece of clothing

7) draw a flower

8) draw something in water

9) draw something you love

10) draw fabric

11) draw your breakfast

12) draw your room

13) draw something in nature

14) draw a family member

15) draw a bag

16) draw a hairstyle

17) draw something in light

18) draw a window

19) draw your dream house

20) draw an activity

21) draw something colorful

22) draw a container

23) draw summer fun

24) draw a favorite memory

25) draw your dream gift

26) draw something sweet

27) draw what you see

28) draw an eye

29) draw a pair of shoes

30) draw what represents life!

31) draw your new years resolution

After you have finished all of your drawing write a letter to your partner about what and why you drew each thing. Then package it up and send it off. PLEASE keep in mind this is international and rates are a little high, so keep the weight of the book pretty light please.

If you have any questions just contact me. Enjoy! I have extended the sent by date due to the holiday season. I want to make sure people can finish their journals and send out without feeling stressed about the postal services.

yeah...found a journal that fits perfectly in the smaller size envelope... 3 5/8 " x 6 1/2 " and it has 48 pages... perfect.... this swap sounds like it is going to be FUN :)

Thanks for hosting this swap! I love to draw but it often takes a backseat to my other crafts. And I have several "little people" artists in my home who inspire me everyday. So here's the perfect opportunity to express my suppressed love for drawing! Already bought my journal...can't wait to start!

I'm so excited. I hope I don't get dropped. Every time I try and join a swap they kick me out bc I haven't swapped before. Can't wait see and here from my partner :)
