You mean send out 20 cards at $.46/each?!? If I had an extra $10 I'd join but that's a few too many for me.

@Mutantpenguin yes its 20 cards at 46 cents..I found a really cute box of cards for $5 at target so my total will be about $15 for 20 partners thats less than a $1 a piece. Thats less than I spend sending out international postcards with the postage is $1.10 plus the postcard cost, so to me this swap fits my budget, but I do know its not for everyone. There is a Christmas card swap with 10 in the top ten, USA only if that is more to your liking... thanks for asking and I hope you find the swap you need.

In case I am your partner, I do expect the following: (1) all the gift cards from last year that you haven't used; (2) a religious card AND a non-religious card, since I don't know what mood I'll be in when your card comes; (3) a 3-page, single-spaced hand written letter with a typed version enclosed, in case I can't read your handwriting; (4) pictures of all your kinfolk, preferably wearing Christmas clothes, so I can see if I'd 'like' your family.

Sad to say, but I probably waste an average of $1.00 per day by the end of the month on stuff I don't need OR WANT after I spend the money. Often, that can be the price of one magazine or a fast food meal I didn't need. I consider these swaps "Entertainment" and $10 - $20 is cheap entertainment. One DVD could easily cost that much.

Well, I may have been the only one to misunderstand this swap. I thought we were supposed to send blank Christmas cards. So that people could use them. I sent unused cards with their matching envelopes inside larger envelopes addressed to my 20 swap partners. Oh well. Hope they like the fact that the cards can be used in the mail or for decoration in the house. :-)

This has been a fun swap so far, I've gotten some really cute cards. I'm loving' all the snowmen cards I've gotten so far. I love snowmen!!

Please let me know if there is anyone else who did not receive this swap from me. It was just brought to my attention today, that my card was not received by tigerlily.... I don't want anyone else to miss a card. Merry Christmas everyone!!!
