Please read (and re-read) the instructions for this swap carefully. I don't want anyone to receive a bad rating or have to resend because they don't understand. This swap is for people who like pen palling and would also enjoy making handmade stationary. You will have ONE partner. You will make THREE sets of homemade stationary. This means three cards, or six little memo sheets, or three big sheets and of course, three matching envelopes. You can buy plain paper and decorate it with stamps, drawings, stickers etc. You can decorate cards with paper embellishments. That creative part is totally up to you and anything goes :) :) It's senders choice. Then once you have THREE sets of stationary you will do the following: On the first set you will WRITE your partner an intro letter all about yourself with anything you'd like to include. The purpose is to perhaps become pen pal friends :) On the second set you will self address the envelope (your address) and place a stamp. Your partner will use this set to write back to you :) For the third set you will do absolutely nothing. It is a gift to your partner so that they can use it to write someone else. Then you will put all three sets into an envelope (whatever size works for you) and send it off to your partner :) Partners, when you receive your stationary you are required to rate your partner. Then you are STRONGLY encouraged to write a letter back to your partner :) How fun will this be??? Requirements: You must be a rated swapper and have a 4.95 rating or higher. You must also be in the United States as postage will be a little higher than a regular pen pal swap. Thanks for joining and PM if you have any questions :) |
