Description:
According to the Tolkien Society, the week in September in which the 22nd appears is Hobbit week. The 23nd is the second day of our week long swap. So for the second day of Hobbit week you will send your partner a homemade ATC of a scene or character from The Hobbit. Any medium is allowed. Make certain your ATC is on sturdy stock and not flimsy. Newbies are allowed with thoughtfully filled profiles. I will angel, but give your flaking partner the appropriate 1 rating, so other hosts will have a heads up as to their not fulfilling their swap(s). Please check out the other Hobbit Week Swaps.
