Do you look at a postcard in your collection that is inappropriate? SEND IT! Do you look at it and smack your forehead? SEND IT! Do you say, "OH MY GOSH, WHO AM I GOING TO SEND *THIS* ONE TO?!" SEND IT!!! One partner. Send on time and rate properly! If it's not obvious, write why you think it's inappropriate! Also, please write where this postcard came from...maybe it will give others ideas on where to pick up all these inappropriate cards!
