For this swap we'll be sending one store-bought touristy postcard to one partner. The card should show any capital city, whether it be the capital of a state, province, country, etc. The postcard does not need to show any sort of a capitol building or any other government structure (unless you want it to) ... any random scene from the city will work just fine! Send the card naked or in an envelope - your choice. Happy swapping!
