We'll each create two ATCs. We'll each have two partners. We'll send one ATC to each partner. And we'll each receive two ATCs from our two partners.

As for the ATC size, per an Internet measurement converter:

2.5" = 63.5 mm = 6.35 cm

3.5" = 88.9 mm = 8.89 cm

Should be made on a stiff paper (or mounted onto a stiff paper) so it’ll be sturdy. And mailed in a protected manner.
