"Things with Wings" Matchbox Swap

Decorate a small matchbox (50 ct. here in Australia) including the draw in a "Things with Wings" theme and then fill it to the brim with goodies in keeping with this theme.

some things with wings; butterflies, ladybugs, birds, dragonflies, angels, fairies...

The list of things you can fill the matchbox with includes but is not limited to the following ~ stickers, embellishments, paper punches, brads, ribbon, buttons etc. Please use a variety of items.

It is surprising how much actually fits into a matchbox!

I use purchased matchboxes (you can buy them in a 10 pack in supermarkets) but you can also a template ~ if you need one click here

To ensure the matchbox arrives in great condition please fill it & either wrapped in bubble wrap or in a padded bag/other suitable packaging.

Postage is not expensive ~ I use a purchased matchbox and once decorated & filled I wrap it in bubble wrap & send it in an envelope covered in cellotape/contact so the box can't tear the paper. This then only costs $1 to post anywhere in Australia or $1.35 to post to New Zealand!
