"ROBOT" DOTEE DOLL....

I have never made a dotee, and am not brave enough to try, but if anyone would be willing to make an extra while they were at it, and do a one-on-one swap with me for something else, please pm me! I love robots, and have never received a dotee, I'd be thrilled to:)

I was just thinking about robot dotees...so I'm thrilled that you are doing this! It should really be a challenge, think I'll go to the hardware store for some inspiration!

This is my first Dotee Doll swap and I want to do a good job for my partner. I have been everywhere looking for information on Dotee sizes. Just how big are they supposed to be? I made my Robot Dotee and was pretty happy with it then started thinking maybe it's too big. So I made a second smaller one. They measure...

Large body 4" with tail 7 1/2" Small body 3 1/2" with tail 5"

Please, I need to know. Also when are we going to get our partners? I can't find that info either. Sorry

Either size should be o.k. My first dotees were about 5' body length...now I usually make them smaller3-4 inches. I've recieved dotees that are 8-9 inches without the tail, and one of these has become my all time favorite! I hope we get our partners soon!

Thank you alleycat. Now the hard part is choosing the best one for my partner. If they stay here much longer I'll be forced to make another one. I'm getting attached to these little guys. Just too cute.
