You must have some type 3 completed and rated swaps, recent activities on profile, no unresolved/unexplained 1 or 3. No newbies /unrated swappers - minimum 5 completed and rated swaps on profile to join. No exceptions. I reserve the right to ban anyone not meeting my requirements.
