I don't have many established FB's but a generous swapper shared some with me to teach and share with me. Can I join if most of mine would be newly started by me? I just want to get started and have different ones to swap.

I'm always happy to receive excess of any type of booklets or bags (except x-slips, I don't like those). My favorites are slams, and I can always send some others back to you when I have more.
