I used to watch a British News Show that featured a lot of every day ordinary things that happen in Europe. I loved this show, but am unable to watch it anymore because now you have to pay to watch it, and before it was free. So, this is a very simple swap. Look in your local newspaper, find something interesting, an event, a human interest story...something that another person might find interesting to read about-because it's different. Send the newspaper page or article to your partner. Include a note saying who you are and why you chose that article. It can be just a short paragraph or a page, it is up to the sender. I hope to see a lot of international swappers in this because I love to hear what is going on (on an ordinary basis) in other parts of the world. (I love watching Doc Martin on PBS who lives in a snall fishing village in Wales- I think).

Also, made me think of This American Life- the radio show. Do you know it? You sound like you might enjoy it.

I don't listen to the radio much, but I might. The name of the show was 3 letters. I can't remember, but I loved watching it.
