Are the flakes allowed to be of the same theme? (for example can i include two cinnamoroll flakes that are different?)

Typically there are 10 different themed flakes per sack, so you can have 10 cinnamonroll flakes and still be good. You just can't have 2 of the exact same cinnamonroll flakes. =D
