Description:
This will be sender's choice as to style as long as the theme is Frankenstein's monster. Since it is sender's choice as to medium you can start making it right after signing up. The ATC must be 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 and have a sturdy base. I am going to try to have a ATC swap at least once a month and I thought it would be fun to start off with the classic Movie Monsters. First month is Frankenstein's monster.
