Let's Write To Each Other (long term)

I love pen palling and I hope that people will write after the first letter. So this is for committed pen pals.. Kind of a project since it will takes time and just as pen palling usually works. I hope after this swap, we all can get to know each other better and continuously write to each other.

For this swap, each of us will have 1 partner. Each person will need to write 3 letters in order. Allow for 1 letter each 7 weeks. Assuming it works like this..

• We get 1 partner at the end of September and send a letter in 1st week October. Why 7 weeks? Assuming our partner get our letter after 3 weeks. Allow the recipient 1 week to write and post. Then it takes 3 weeks to reach us back.
• Between 19 to 25 November, we should write and send another letter. The process will go round again.
• The third mail should go out the 1st week of January.

However.. since swap-bot has dateline and certain place takes longer time like 4 to 5 weeks for us to get a letter, we have to be fair and send the 3 letters to our partner whether we receive her reply or not at the stated week.. Hopefully we manage to reply at least the 1st replied letter when we send the 3rd one. So it's actually work like this.. each of us should send one letter at these week:

• 1st week October
• between 19 to 25 November
• 1st week of January

So totally 3 letters for duration of around 3 months. If we received all the 3 letters, our partner should be rated 5. I hope everyone will be responsible and post as in the stated time. Kindly post your sent and received at this swap page..

Remember to write nicely long letter each time you send.. don't just write one page.. you can include topic like:

• 1st week : Introduction, family, surrounding, town, what you love about the place you stay, your job, your everyday life, hobbies
• 2nd week : Anything recently happen in your life, childhood memories, your dreams, your favorite food and restaurant, favorite vacation spot or dream vacation
• 3rd week : Do you really love pen palling, what do you think about snail mail compare to facebook and twitter, Things you have in common with your partner, things you wish you can try, what you like and don't like about swap - bot.

So the requirement :

• 4.9 above
• Please have at least 5 type 2 or 3 swaps rated to show your commitment to swap - bot.
• And please don't flake.. It's a 3 months project.. don't sign up if you can't commit..
