Description:

Since I was a kid I've always enjoyed reading all the extra info found on food packages and boxes and now I often cut bits and parts out to use on ATCs.

You will create one ATC (2.5 by 3.5 inches) for your 1 partner. This ATC must be collaged by ONLY using images cut from "food stuff" packaging. (Examples-pictures, graphics, words, directions, customer service info, nutrition info, etc) from packaging of "food" items such as ceral boxes, candy wrappers, kitchen equipment boxes.). Please do not use cut outs from magazines or ads, no stickers, no stamped images, no hand drawings, etc. You really need to use only packaging from food and kitchen stuff you have in your home, including the cardboard backing! The exception is the back where you write the info. If you need to use a paper or a label sticker you may. Why? Because I need to!

Your collage could be so professionally done we want to pay for your art or it could be a simple and neatly placed collage as this swap allows newbies and those that might have a few issues in their pantry! I will angel if need be. If you have to give a 1, message me about it too so I can angel. I will look at profiles and ratings, if I need to ban you I'll let you know why. But as this is a no-cost swap (other than 1 postage stamp) I will be generous with who I let stay in.

You will also be sending one note stating what EACH thing on your ATC came from. Don't be vague and say the spoon came from a cereal box. Say something like the yellow spoon came from a box of life cereal. (Not accurate, I know, but I don't eat cereal any more so whatever!). This is also senders choice, to me that is a "duh" because they are required to use stuff they have. Packaging shouldn't have food smeared on it but if you are deathly allergic to something or want to puke when you see lima beans this isn't the swap for you because the sender does not need to make the ATC to fit you, they are making it about themselves.

To sum it up---you will be sending 1 ATC collaged with food stuff packaging and 1 note describing each thing in your collage. If you receive said items, rate a 5! Now, I don't like nastiness and I find it quite nasty if someone rates a 3 because someone forgets something on what I call a no-cost swap. If your partner omits something or you feel they did something incorrecly do not alert them to the fact with a 3. Message and/or email first and give a decent amount of time for corrections.

Please feel free to ask questions! This is a short turn around so start cutting and collaging now!

Very cool idea! Btw, atcs are a type 3 swap.

This is harder than I thought it would be! LOL I went and raided labels from the pantry and started pasting pieces onto a card. It is so ugly! Guess I'm out of practice, and will make another one because this first one is SO ugly I won't send it to anyone.

I'm sure it is fine, these don't have to fall under "pretty!" :)

Mailed mine today. It could take up to two weeks to arrive.
