Baby steps get on the bus, baby steps down the aisle, baby steps... Okay, this swap isn't for the types that fear change. This is the kind of accountability swap for people that want to step up and change. Although baby step it up. :) In three parts of your life, you will make a tiny change. You can either journal it, or make a spread sheet, or take before and after photos or all three or however you choose to keep record of these happenings. Over the next 30 or so days, I want us to keep 'score' of how we are doing and how we feel about it. If we miss a day or forget one of our changes, track that too. See how you feel about it. You are then going to make a copy of this and mail it to your partner. The three parts looking for change are:
Whatever it is, don't make it a huge thing, because huge things don't pan out. Be real specific about the goals at hand. A vague 'idea' or concept isn't a goal. How many times did "I'm going to clean this whole house" turn into "I'm going to watch Horders to feel better about my house"? That's what I mean by a concept. There's one partner for this.
