You're going to be sending 6 new mini rolls to 1 partner. New rolls have about half an inch of tape at the beginning that is not sticky per say and usually has little tiny arrows on it. Kawaii 102: Deco Tape Tutorial Video! Your tape does not have to be "Kawaii" branded but it MUST be cute and considered Deco Tape. (NO patterned or colored duck tape allowed).
