For this swap you send three different tea bags to three partners. Nine tea bags in total. No loose-leaf tea unless your partner says it's ok. Remember that it is not allowed to send loose-leaf tea and tea containing seeds, fruit skin (for example citrus and apple peel) and fruit pieces to Australia.

I love pretty postage stamps so let's use stamps! :) It's not obligatory though.

I will ban swappers with less than 4.9 and the ones with recent no sends unless I have a good reason not to. Newbies with filled out profiles welcome.

Please remember to write swap name in the note.

Happy swapping!

The 'Tea for Three #11' was a great success! I'm excited for #12! :D

Inga 05/ 2/2012 #

Thank you, IrishRed, and welcome! :)

HisuiHaru 05/ 9/2012 #

The last "Tea for Three" was great and I hope this will be also great. :)

TwiggyFairy 05/11/2012 #

I had a great time on the last one too, but 2 of my partners sent me 3 tea bags that are the same. I know it doesn't require sending 3 different tea begs but yet...

Inga 05/11/2012 #

@HisuiHaru Let's hope so! :) @TwiggyFairy Good point! I dont think I have yet received same tea bags on this swap so I never thought about it.. I updated the description of the swap to avoid this in the future. Thank you! Dear swappers, different tea bags please! :) Send what you would love to receive.

Does anyone know if you can use partial stamps and partial printed postage (printed at the post office of course), in the USA? I don't have a lot of stamps but would love to include the few I have on my package shipping out internationally. Thank you! :)

crosss1angel 05/12/2012 #

Irish, yes you can. I always try to include one stamp on my swaps, just in case my partner collects stamps and then have them print out the rest on their machines.

Unna 05/12/2012 #

@Inga & @TwiggyFairy - I believe I was one of those two. But since it's called Tea for Three, my impression was that the idea behind the swap was tea for three people who would be drinking the same tea - thus I sent one teabag of the same tea for each person. :)

Inga 05/13/2012 #

@Unna Dont worry, it's an honest interpretation of the swap name that you did and all is good. :)

IrishRed 05/16/2012 #

I'm excited to get fun & different postage stamps to add to my packages I send out for my future swaps as well, mainly the international ones! :) I always love adding extras inside the package too, as it seems silly to send just a padded envelope of tea bags without an extra special gift when the postage is the same as long as it's under 13 ounces. As Inga says, "Send what you would love to receive!" :D

AspieGirl 05/22/2012 #

I was slightly in a hurry when I fixed the swap and forgot to check whether it was 3 of the same/3 different tea bags to send. A big apology to my swap partners who get the same type of bags. I will understand if you rate me a 3.

AspieGirl 05/22/2012 #

But if you want, I can re-send it. :-)

Inga 05/24/2012 #

AspieGirl, I think it would be unfair to rate you a three for that as I only updated the swap description during the swap. I think everything is alright and your partners will understand. :)
