Artistic Quilters - SEASONSAL ART QUILT - Summer

As for the two preceding art quilt swaps -- you will make an art quilt that will be between 6x6 inches and 15x15 inches. But it doesn't have to be square. The theme will be summer. It can be pictorial, impressionistic, anything the artist in you is inspired to create that will say "Summer" to whoever sees it.

If you need ideas about what an art quilt is, Google it, or go to fabric shop and look through their books, or buy Art Quilt magazine, or go to their website. It needs to be a quilt, in the sense of having front, batting and backing but then you can do whatever the artist in you wants.

You'll have a month to sign up and a month to make the quilt -- remember, it's quite small! This is a group swap so it's international. I'll check ratings and ban recent no-sends.
