Peas Love Their “H, I, J’s†This is the 4th in our Alphabet Swap Series and the items to be sent this time will be under the “H, I, J†categories. 04/12/12 thru 05/12/12 “H†category = heart, or health, or home (senders pick one “H†from these 3 options) Read your partners profile and send them something they would like with a HEART on it. Maybe a fat quarter of fabric or a spool of ribbon or some scrapbooking paper! Or If they are into HEALTHY issues and pursuits send them a health magazine, or maybe 3 healthy recipes. This one can be as easy as sending them a “healthy snackâ€, or a vegetarian treat/snack. Or Send them something they can use in their HOME, like pot holders, place mats, candles, doilies or a new kitchen gadget. “I†category = something with your partners initial(s) in it, or on it (FIRST initial is required, other initials are optional) Send your partner something you made just for them with their initials on it. Think bookmark, or mini zippered fabric bag, or tote bag, or book cover or initial earrings. Use your imaginations and your best creative skills and have fun with this one. I wish I could see everything each of you creates because I know you all have your own individual talents! (Only the first name initial is required, last name and middle initial are optional) “J†category = jewelry This category includes everything from earrings, to toe rings, to hair clips and hair pins. If your partner doesn’t wear any kind of jewelry, maybe someone they love does. Maybe their daughter does, or their mother. Check it out! PM your partners whenever in doubt. Be sure to send at least one item for each alpha category. Don’t send the same pair of earrings for “I†category and for “Jâ€, but you can send two different pair of earrings. All items need to be new, and unused. All food items need to be individually wrapped, and fresh. If you have trouble with any option you can ask your partner to suggest some things they would love to receive. Remember that the purpose of this series of swaps is to READ THE PROFILE so you can get to know your fellow Peas In A Pod members! Senders do your best to read profiles, and when in doubt always ask. Sending a PM to your partner can be the difference between a 5 and a heart, and just a 5. Recipients please remember to rate fairly, senders may not send you exactly the right flavor or color, but if it looks like they really tired be sure to rate a 5. Enjoy! |
